Booking conditions

During the stay, a deposit of €250 will be withheld, which may be applied to damages to the property, loss of keys, or excessive dirt.
Check-in time: from 15:00 h.
Check-out time: until 11:00 h. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be subject to availability.

The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the booking.

Parking and access

The house is located in a restricted access zone for residents (ACIRE). Priority Villas manages the circulation authorisation with the City Council: you only need to notify us in advance and send the vehicle registration plate, and we will take care of the procedure.
Parking is available upon request and with an additional cost, subject to availability. There are also recommended nearby public car parks.
