On the outskirts of Sant Jordi, this amazing villa with a private pool and beautiful views offers a second home for 12 people.

This estate has spectacular exteriors that include a large private chlorine swimming pool, -11 x 5m and 1.1 to 2.5m deep, with an integrated children's pool, -3.5 x 3.5m and 0.5m deep. Surrounding it, there are 9 sun loungers and a large grassy area for sunbathing or playing with the little ones. Different garden areas, a lake with fish, and several terraces and porches, including one with a barbecue, guarantee unforgettable moments. There is also a ping-pong table, a paddle tennis court, and a basketball court, which can be accessed at any time.

This large manor house offers two floors. On entering the house, you find a large living-dining room with a television, air conditioning, a fireplace, and an exit to one of the porches. Then you have a kitchen, equipped with a gas cooker and a table to have an aperitif perhaps.
