When you enter the villa there is a large and spacious living-dining room, it has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. It also has 3 complete bathrooms, kitchen, terrace and garden.

As a main feature, it has air conditioning (hot/cold) in all bedrooms. It has fantastic connections by road or motorway to be able to move to any point of the island, having several beaches of area to less than 4km of distance. The village, s'Aranjassa, is only 500 metres away and there you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc.
