The house has 2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has been decorated with all modern amenities: a state-of-the-art air conditioning/heating system with a built-in air purifier, a fireplace in the living room, a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen, and large patio doors that can be opened connect the outside and inside of the [hidden] sunny patio, complete with comfortable outdoor furniture and sun loungers, is perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The shallow pool is ideal for sitting back and relaxing on a hot day. Just a few minutes' walk away, you will find yourself in the center of Santa Catalina, a very lively and popular area full of restaurants and bars. The heart of Palma and its shopping district are also within walking [hidden] encourage all our guests to use electricity responsibly: the first 150kW is included in the rental [hidden] eco-tax/tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged to all adult guests at €2.20 per person per night (May to October) and €0.55 the rest of the year.
