The complex offers spacious outdoor areas with a communal swimming pool, gardens, and a children’s playground.

The house accommodates up to 6 people and is distributed over two floors:
Ground Floor:
- Living-dining room with a fireplace and direct access to the garden.
- Fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher).
- Guest toilet.
First Floor:
- 1 suite with a double bed (150×190 cm), bathroom with bathtub, and balcony.
- 2 twin bedrooms, each with two single beds (90×190 cm).
- 1 additional bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Rules:
- Pets allowed only upon prior request and with an additional fee.
- Accommodation exclusively for families. Reservations from groups of young people under 35 are not accepted.
