Rustic style house with sea views and a large garden, located in the Pineda de Pals urbanization. The house is spread over two floors. Upon entering we find a spacious living room, kitchen with access to the patio, equipped dining room, a bathroom and a laundry room. An open staircase takes us to the upper floor where we find an open-plan room that acts as a distributor to the terrace with sea view. There are three double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a Suite with bathroom and dressing room. From the lovely terrace you can enjoy the sunset. The urbanization Pineda de Pals is an area very close to the beach and the prestigious "Golf Platja de Pals". Supermarket and restaurant services are also within walking distance. In the garden area at the front of the house there is a swimming pool and a large porch area with a barbecue. In the backyard there is parking space. Wifi. (Capacity: 10/12 people)
