Precious villa with a spacious garden of palm trees, oleanders, lawn and sea view. The private swimming pool of 8mx5m with Roman stairs has a maximum depth of 2 metres and a minimum of 1.80, next to it there is a large covered barbecue with garden furniture.
Once inside the house, we find the living-dining room with TV/SAT and internet, it has an exit to a glazed terrace where the dining room is located and has a direct exit to the garden and the pool.
Next to the living room is the open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge with freezer.
