Beautiful chalet with fantastic mountain and sea panoramic view in the Monte Pego urbanisation with 1,200 m2 of mountainous land. The garden has palm trees and a variety of native plants. From the 8mx4m swimming pool, we can enjoy its wonderful views. The covered terrace has a charcoal barbecue and an outdoor shower. Once inside the house, we find a modern kitchen with an American bar that is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and two-door fridge. The living room has Sat-tv and air conditioning with access to the terrace. The rooms consist of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and mosquito nets. There is a bathroom with a shower that also has a mosquito net and another bathroom with WC and washbasin. The washing machine is in the basement, which we access via a metal staircase. Covered private parking. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants 1.8 km away.
The beach is 8 km and Denia 12 km. A car is needed. The owner appreciates that smoking is not allowed inside the property. No animals are allowed. Internet available
