Villa Avalon is a magnificent 3-floor property, located in a tranquil rural area, but close to all amenities, with incredible views of the sea and golf course, the perfect setting for your holiday in the Algarve.

With 7 bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates large groups. On the lower floor, there are 2 suites with double beds and shower, plus a suite room for 4 people (2 single beds and 1 bunk bed). There is also a service toilet. On the ground floor, there is 1 twin room and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, private bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower; another suite with a double bed and shower; and a third with bunk bed. There is also an independent bathroom with shower.

The exterior offers a heatable pool and jacuzzi (both optional extras). The outdoor dining area has stunning views, as well as a barbecue and bread/pizza oven.

The interior is spacious and elegant, with air conditioning in all rooms. The villa has a games room with billiards, cinema room, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped, including fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Located between the Salgados Natural Reserve and the golf course, it is just minutes from Praia Grande, Armação de Pêra and various amenities. The largest beach extension in Barlavento Algarvio and the Salgados Reserve are just minutes away. Albufeira is only 15 minutes away.

It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking, upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC above what it would be without heating.

The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking treatment, insurance and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.

Prices up to 16 people.
From the 17th to the 22nd person, an additional value will be charged that includes an additional bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies / toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).

According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
