Villa Avalon is a magnificent three-story property located in a peaceful rural area, yet close to all amenities, offering stunning views of the sea and the golf course, making it the perfect setting for a memorable holiday in the Algarve.

The interior is spacious and elegant, with air conditioning in all rooms. The living room on the ground floor is welcoming and perfect for moments of relaxation or socializing, featuring a television and access to the rest of the house.

On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, providing convenience for guests staying on this level.

The first floor features three bedrooms: a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and shower, a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a bunk bed. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower on this floor.

The lower floor includes two suites with double beds, both with bathrooms with showers, plus a suite for four people with two single beds and a bunk bed. This floor also has a guest WC and features the games room with a snooker table and a cinema room, creating the perfect entertainment space for all ages.

The kitchen is fully equipped and integrates seamlessly with the dining area, providing practicality and functionality for preparing meals during your stay.

Outside, Villa Avalon offers a private pool (heatable at an extra cost) and a jacuzzi (extra cost), as well as an outdoor dining area with stunning views, a barbecue, and a traditional pizza/bread oven, ideal for relaxing and enjoying meals with family and friends.

Located between the Salgados Nature Reserve and the golf course, Villa Avalon is just minutes from Praia Grande, Armação de Pêra, and various amenities, making it the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 16 guests
From the 17th to the 22th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
