Welcome to this fabulous townhouse with a private pool in Pina, a quiet town in the interior of the island. It can accommodate 6 people.

The house offers a large patio with several corners where you can enjoy the good weather on the island. Its saltwater pool, measuring 2.5x5.10m and with a maximum depth of 1.45m, is perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. In addition, you can sunbathe, prepare a delicious barbecue or have a drink while admiring the starry sky. There is also an outside bathroom with a shower. The house is located on a quiet street 200 meters from the town square.

The modern interior is fully equipped. On the ground floor, you find the beautiful living room with a Smart TV, AC, and wood cooker which is open to the eat-in kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob. The laundry room offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with TV, AC, and double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate study. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a TV. Both have en-suite bathrooms with shower, AC, and direct access to the terrace. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and highchair.

The house is located in a very quiet village with public transport connections, a couple of bars and a pharmacy. For the rest of the basic services such as restaurants and supermarkets, you will have to go to Montuïri (6km) or Algaida (4 km). The nearest beach is Arenal or es Trenc, but you can drive to any of the beautiful beaches of the island. If you feel like playing golf, the nearest golf course is 16.8 km away, Golf Son Gual.
