Apartment Tropical Center Playa Blanca is located in the main Center of Playa Blanca in Calle Limones and the Avenida maritime so you won't need a car to be in seconds from all the facilities and the beach. Apartment Tropical has 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds, terrace with sea views, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen fully equipped... The coastline around Playa Blanca is essentially one large 9-kilometer-wide bay which is then broken up into three smaller, but still large, bays. From east to west these are Playa Dorada, Playa Blanca, and Playa Flamingo. This basic geography means that the beaches in and around Playa Blanca are sheltered and ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Playa Blanca is situated on the south side of Lanzarote and through the years has become the third-largest tourist area on the island. Awarded on various occasions for its beauty, this peaceful and pleasant spot is the ideal place for the whole family to relax. Playa Blanca has a wide range of hotels surrounded by a flourishing service sector: bars, restaurants, businesses… and one of the best recreational sports in Lanzarote. It is also close to the Papagayo Beaches where white sand and crystalline waters wash lap against the rocks. You can find all kinds of restaurants, shops, and bars along the Playa Blanca boardwalk, and the streets running parallel to it, at the edge of the old town. Another area that’s a must to visit is the recreational port, replete with newly constructed facilities of high quality. It also boasts a new shopping Center. Among the beaches, those of Dorada and Flamingo stand out for their white sand and proximity to the main hotels in the area.

I have stayed in Airbnbs for 10 years now. This is my first bad review. Largely reflecting descriptions that didn't match the ads, so we were disappointed. The place is a little bit run down. The place was not properly cleaned before we arrived, so we entered the place with dusty and sticky surfaces. Made you wonder about the cleanliness of everything (i.e. bedding, plates, cups, etc). Even the response time of the host was not as advertised (advertised 1 hr but never responded within that time frame for an issue). Our first outreach to him received a response in 2+ hrs. Internet didn't work for a full day (no help from host). Worst of all, the host's tone and attitude was always defensive and unhelpful. It is expected and reasonable for some things to not be perfect, however, a good host changes everything b/c most are just a pleasure to interact with. This host wouldn't even come visit us when requested by us, on top of being unhelpful. Good location the main positive.

El piso está muy bien ubicado, en una calle peatonal, muy cercana al paseo marítimo. Zona tranquila pero cercana a restaurantes. Cuando llegamos el piso estaba todo limpio y en perfecto estado.

Great location, close to the beach, and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment has a great balcony that overlooks the sea. The check-in process was easy and there was quick communication with the host.
