Description of the accommodation

The Altamar Duplex Building is located at the north end of Playa de Gandia (Paseo Neptuno 95), on the first line of the beach, located in one of the most sought after and quiet areas of this beach. A stone's throw from Plaza Navarra (with swings for children), and Temple Square, where there are several trees and more leisure for children and adults. The common areas offer a pool/lake and small shallow children's pool, surrounded by gardens and shade, and two tennis courts.
The apartment in question, located on the first floor (with elevator), on the upper floor where you can access the accommodation, has a separate kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a large living room and dining room, and a beautiful terrace with views of the sea, the beach and the common areas of the residential. On the lower floor there are three double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a second terrace accessible from one of the bedrooms. The kitchen and both bathrooms are recently renovated (2023 and 2024). South orientation. It includes a parking space.
Capacity 8/9 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF THIRTY ARE NOT ALLOWED. Pets are allowed on request, maximum weight 10 kg.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen (biweekly bed) and towels (1 bath/shower/person, 2 toilets/bathroom). We recommend that you bring a small kit with various cleaning/laundry products. The pressure cooker or the hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for them, don't forget to bring them!
The collection of keys will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, starting at 1:00 [hidden] There is the possibility of collecting keys outside office hours, by requesting the one in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. The accommodation will be checked out and evicted before 10:00 in the morning. The keys may be deposited inside the accommodation upon consultation, or they will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options, to deal with possible damage or non-compliance with the eviction schedule. Either leave a deposit of 150€ that will be returned 24/48 hours after reviewing the apartment, or taking out insurance for exemption from ACCIDENTAL damage for 28€, non-refundable.
In the case of traveling with pets, if the apartment allows them, they will pay a supplement of 5 €/night/pet.
Gandia beach offers a lifeguard service in high season, the slope leading to the water is gentle, ideal for children and adults. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newspapers, pharmacies, and many other services.
