Beautiful apartment, for 6 people, with shared pool and tennis court and at only 750 metres away from the beach of Playa de Gandia.
This lovely apartment is part of a wonderful residential where you will have a really nice vacation. The shared facilities include a pool, tennis court, playground, gym, sauna and jacuzzi (not heated water). The chlorine pool sizes 20 x 8 metres and its water depth ranges from 1.1 to 1.8 metres. The children pool sizes 6 m2 and has 0.6 metres water depth. The apartment boasts a private terrace where you can have breakfast before heading for the pool or the beach, which only is 750 metres away.

This is a first floor apartment with elevator that offers a living - dining room with TV. The beautiful kitchen has an induction top and all you need to cook during your vacation. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board also are here. There are 3 bedrooms with a closet. Two of them feature AC and twin beds and the last one has a double bed, exit to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is second bathroom with a bath for the rest of the apartment. We can provide a baby cot and a high-chair if you are travelling with your baby.

Playa de Gandia is the perfect destination for those who love the beach and the proximity to all kinds of services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The beach is at only 750 meters from the apartment and the nearest golf course is in Gandia at about 4.9 km away.

All-year round pool open from 8 am till 1 pm and from 4 pm till midnight.
The playground, tennis court, sauna, jacuzzi and gym are daily available from May 15 to October 15. The rest of the year, they are only available on weekends.
There are 2 tennis rackets and balls available.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival.
