Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. A pressure cooker or hair dryer is not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm onwards. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am in the morning. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation time. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned 24/48 hours after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
In the case of travelling with pets, if the apartment allows them, a supplement of €7/night/pet will be charged.
Playa de Gandia offers lifeguard service in high season, the water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.
