Cosy apartment on the second line of Gandia Beach, located in the ROMA II building, 7th floor with lift. It offers two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with shower trays), a large open-plan kitchen-living room, from which you access a large east-facing terrace with awning and fabulous sea views. It has air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the living room. It includes a garage space and WIFI service. There is a lovely communal swimming pool with a children\'s pool. It is located in the northern area of Gandia Beach, a residential area, in the vicinity of all kinds of services, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Pets are accepted upon request, maximum weight 10 kg.
NO YOUNG PEOPLE\'S GROUPS (under the age of thirty) ARE ALLOWED.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen (fortnightly change) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/supplies. A pressure cooker and a hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, don\'t forget to bring them!
Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L\'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm onwards. There is the possibility of collecting the keys outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having paid the deposit beforehand. Check-out and departure from the accommodation must be before 10:00 am. The keys can be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover any possible damage or non-compliance with the check-out time. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be refunded 24/48 hours after the apartment has been inspected, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
In the case of travelling with pets, if the apartment accepts them, an additional charge of €5/night/pet will be applied.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service during high season, the slope of the water entrance is gentle, ideal for the little ones and the elderly. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, news agents, pharmacies, and many other services.
