The building is located in the North of the Beach, one quiet area with a pedestrial promenade between the sand of the beach and the apartment. This sandy beach with dunes, and the pedastrian promenade make the area special for thouse who want to enjoy a relaxing holidays but even with all the services near.

The building was renovated few years ago and have a infinity pool (not edge), two tennis courts and padel court and one area of shadow next to the swiming pool.

The interior of the apartment residence was designed by renowned architect and interior designer, with modern design. Kitchens are outfitted with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and Italian cabinetry. Bathrooms also have Italian cabinetry with designer fixtures and faucets by Porcelanosa. Condo comes equipped with smart home technology.

About the car, we recommend you to book the parking spot, there are not enough for each neighbour so if you don´t do it in advance then we can not offer you one.
If you are coming from June to September we recomnend to book it. Anyway, you can park outside for free.
