Distribution
This magnificent house situated only a few meters from the beach is distributed over two floors.
On the main floor we have a spacious and sunny combined living room-dining room with a large modern-style open space kitchen, dining table, sofas and TV. From the dining room, there is access to the large terrace, where there is another large dining table, perfect for long evenings dining outdoors. On this floor we also have a complete bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed ([hidden]x[hidden]cm).
Next to the dining room, a flight of stairs lead to the upper floor of the house. There we find three double bedrooms, one with a double bed ([hidden]x[hidden] cm) and two with two single beds (90x[hidden] cm) in each one. One of the rooms has a complete bathroom with shower en suite. The other two upstairs bedrooms share a large complete bathroom with shower.
The four bedrooms in the house have access to private balconies, some of them with magnificent views of the beach.
On the upper floor we also find the laundry room, with washing machine, sink and clothesline.
The whole house is modern and minimalist in style and the house is of course fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room.
Outside area
The house is located a few meters from one of the best beaches in the Mediterranean, Playas de Muro, with kilometers of fine sand and crystal clear waters.
The house has a charming garden, with a large covered terrace with a dining table and a barbecue area, to enjoy meals outdoors or sunbathing.
For your comfort, the house also has a private parking space, within the fenced property.
Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be β¬15 per person per day.
Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 β¬ until 13:00 and [hidden] β¬ until 16:00.
