Joana's House is a small Mallorcan house located in the centre of Pollensa Village for 4 people. The house is very proper and has everything needed for a good holiday. It is located in one of the central narrow streets, just a few minutes' walk from the town square.

Just upon entering, you'll find the cosy living room that connects to the dining room. The kitchen, small and functional, has a microwave, dishwasher and necessary cooking utensils. It also has a small inner courtyard, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a full bathroom with a bathtub complete this floor.

On the upper floor are the rooms, a double room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and a double room with 2 single beds. Outside this floor we find the barbecue terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy views towards the Puig de Maria.

It has air conditioning - heat pump in the bedrooms to sleep comfortably. Free WiFi. Satellite television.

Change of towels and sheets if staying in the house for more than 7 days. Beach or pool towels available. Cot and high chair available. Smoking, parties or events of any kind are not allowed.

Tourist tax not included, must be paid separately.
