Chalet Can Bandera is a welcoming Mallorcan-style house set in a peaceful environment, just 1.5 km from the historic centre of Pollença and only a few minutes by car from the beaches of Puerto de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç. Its location allows guests to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside while remaining close to services, beaches and local attractions.

The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the property. The villa features a pleasant private swimming pool surrounded by a well-maintained garden with lawn, plants and lovely mountain views. Sun loungers are available for relaxing or reading, along with a portable barbecue ideal for outdoor meals. There is also a practical outdoor bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a separate laundry area.

The house is distributed over two floors and preserves traditional elements such as its stone façade, wooden shutters and rustic details that add character and charm. A covered porch overlooking the pool provides an ideal space for enjoying meals outdoors in a relaxed setting.

On the ground floor, there is a living-dining area furnished with rustic wooden furniture, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Adjacent to this space is a small sitting room with comfortable sofas and television, perfect for unwinding after a day out. From this level, guests access the kitchen, which is fully equipped and offers all the facilities needed to cook comfortably. The kitchen maintains a traditional style and preserves original architectural features dating back to the 18th century. Free wifi is available throughout the house.

The first floor houses the three bedrooms. There is one master bedroom with countryside views and two bedrooms with two single beds each, all bright and well ventilated. A full bathroom with shower and bathtub is also located on this floor, along with a separate dressing room.

All bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, air conditioning is available from 21:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00, with the option of unlimited use for an additional supplement.

Chalet Can Bandera is just a short drive from Pollença, where guests will find shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, churches and the popular weekly Sunday market. The nearby beaches of Puerto de Pollença and the coves of Cala Sant Vicenç offer excellent options for relaxation and water activities. While public transport and walking are possible, car hire is recommended for greater flexibility.
