Chalet Moragues: Charming villa with pool and garden in Pollença

Chalet Moragues is a charming single-storey villa located in a privileged area, surrounded by mountains and nature, offering a peaceful and private setting for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca. Its pleasant driveway and extensive garden create a warm and welcoming first impression, inviting you to disconnect from the very first moment.

New for the 2026 season: we are updating the interior with decorative improvements and new furniture, offering a more modern style than the one shown in the photos.

The heart of the villa is its fantastic private swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean sun throughout the day. The well-kept garden is perfect for both children and adults to play and share moments outdoors. The barbecue area allows you to prepare delicious meals while family or friends enjoy a game of table tennis or a refreshing swim. In the evening, the terrace becomes the perfect place for al fresco dinners under the stars, accompanied by a good local wine.

Inside, the house offers a cosy atmosphere with wooden beam ceilings and light-coloured décor that enhances brightness and calm. The living room features comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, making it an ideal space to relax after a day out. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the facilities needed to cook comfortably during your stay.

Chalet Moragues has three bedrooms in total. One is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and lovely garden views. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds, making them ideal for families or groups of friends. There is also a second bathroom with a bathtub.

The villa offers free wifi, allowing you to stay connected at all times. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold), available 24 hours a day to ensure maximum comfort.

Set on a large plot surrounded by trees, plants and shrubs, the villa provides privacy and beautiful mountain views. Its location is excellent, just a short drive from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenç, as well as the historic town of Pollensa, where you will find shops, restaurants, cafés, bars and the traditional Sunday market.
