Can Jaume, with 2 bedrooms, is located in well-maintained gardens with a large swimming pool. There are open and covered terraces that provide a great opportunity to enjoy an outdoor dinner while enjoying the surrounding mountain views. Perfect location close to shops and restaurants in the old town of Pollensa.

From the driveway, a path leads around the house to the gardens and terrace. An entrance door leads to the living room with beamed ceilings and a door leading to the fully equipped kitchen/dining room. A door from this room leads to the terrace. A hallway leading from the living room leads to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The two bedrooms share a family bathroom with a shower.

In the exterior, a covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen houses a brick barbecue and an outdoor dining area. This is the ideal place to enjoy an excellent outdoor dinner. The large private pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and well-maintained gardens with lawn, shrubs and Mediterranean trees: a true delight to enjoy long and relaxing days under the sun!

The tourist tax is included in the rates. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

Information to take into account:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.

On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.

The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
