Villa La Casita is a cosy and cheerful villa with 2 bedrooms and a private pool, very well located very close to the coveted beach resort of Puerto Pollensa, which is less than 3 km away. The interiors are beautifully furnished in a traditional style and the outdoor areas have cosy terraces and a pleasant garden perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying an outdoor dinner. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms
As guests approach the villa through a beautiful path, they arrive at a charming L-shaped covered terrace with rest areas surrounded by bushes and flowering plants. The entrance is direct to the dining room/living room, traditionally furnished with many original features and a true Mallorcan atmosphere.
Leaving the living room, and accessed through beautiful arches, there are 2 bedrooms (one double with air conditioning and an old Mallorcan bed, another with 2 single beds with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms with shower. Another arch leads to the spacious fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor barbecue area.
Outside, there is a very beautiful and well-maintained garden with stunning views of the mountains and pine forests. The garden has grass and many terraces for sunbathing.
An outdoor barbecue (covered) with a table and chairs for eating outdoors is located at the back of the villa and is the perfect complement for outdoor dining.
The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning: from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
POOL: 8 m wide x 4 m (1 m - 2 m deep) in L-shape with Roman stairs.
Information to be taken into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.
The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
