Villa Provenza is located just 500m from the entrance to the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa. This airy villa is positioned in a good size plot and makes the most of the space with modern decking around the pool, brick-built barbecue and veranda style terrace.

The villa is closed to Port Pollensa, in fact it is located within walking distance to the resort centre. The villa is all in one level and inside comprises of three good sized bedrooms, two twins and one double, one of the twins has an en suite bathroom with shower, the rest of the bedrooms share a further shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven. Hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge/freezer and other electrical cooking appliances. There a large lounge dining area with sofas, table and chairs. There is a flat screen TV with satellite, few English channels though, from the lounge French doors are opening onto the terrace that overlooks the swimming pool. This terrace has a covered pergola so you can spend lovely lunches and meals in front of the pool. THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
