This single-storey rustic-style villa has been carefully decorated in traditional Mallorcan colours and materials, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The entrance leads directly to a bright living room, equipped with television with international channels and free wifi. From here, you can access a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need for your comfort during your stay.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with views of the pool, a room with two single beds, also with views of the pool, and a shared bathroom. At the end of the corridor, there is a second double bedroom with a private bathroom, perfect for more privacy.
The living room opens onto a large terrace with views of the garden and the pool area. Here you will find an outdoor dining area ideal for enjoying al fresco meals, next to the barbecue area and a solarium area to relax in the sun. The property is surrounded by hedges and vegetation that provide privacy, and the entire plot is fully fenced.
All bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, the villa has air conditioning scheduled in all units from 9pm to 8am and from 2pm to 4pm.
