It possesses a beautiful garden and a generously sized swimming pool with Roman steps, surrounded by a nice terrace with sun loungers. There is also a large covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden, with dining area and barbecue.

The interior of the house is bright and spacious, with a nice mix of traditional Mallorcan style and modern comfort. There is an open plan living room with comfortable sofas, television and DVD player, dining area and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and very spacious. There is a washing machine in there.

The villa has 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a family bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and another twin one, a family bathroom with shower, and access to a balcony.

This villa is very cosy and homely, and is fully air-conditioned (with timer, set between 10pm at night and 5am in the morning). It also has internet access (WiFi). It is the ideal holiday home for a family wishing to stay in a nice villa within walking distance of the town of Pollença and with good beaches nearby.
