Villa Vall d'en Marc is located in the beautiful Marc Valley, this stunning farmer-style villa has incredible views of the surrounding mountains within its own plot of land, ensuring that guests enjoy complete privacy. The villa is located a few kilometers from the charming town of Pollensa, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa.

Built with authentic local honey-colored stone, with windows and doors framed by traditional blinds, the villa could easily be confused with an old Majorcan farmhouse, with exposed wooden beams and whitewashed interior walls. The cool stone floor ensures that guests enjoy comfortable temperatures even in the summer heat, aided by charming French doors that can be opened to welcome gentle breezes.

On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room, flooded with natural light by no less than three sets of patio doors, opens directly to a covered terrace where an outdoor dining room can accommodate wonderful outdoor dining. Relaxing sofas, satellite TV and a DVD player provide the means for relaxed evenings after a day of sightseeing or walking on the beach.

The traditional-style kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and ample countertop space. The kitchen has a full oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster and a kettle.

The villa has four simple but elegant bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or shower covered with attractive limestone tiles. The downstairs bedroom has doors that lead directly to the garden terrace, while each upstairs room has access to a balcony or upper terrace from which you can enjoy magnificent views of the countryside. All rooms are bright and airy.

As you step out onto the lawned gardens, you'll find the house's fabulous private pool shining brightly, a luxurious turquoise oasis in this charming rustic setting. A ping-pong table is available for anyone looking for a bit of light competition.
