Charming Villa in Pollença with Private Pool

Located among extensive gardens with mature trees and flowers, the spacious Villa Gallardo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in 3 air-conditioned rooms. With a large private pool and magnificent views over the surrounding countryside to the Tramuntana mountains, this villa enjoys an excellent location near the Pollensa golf course, the old town of Pollensa (which is just 3 km away) and the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa.

A pleasant driveway leads to the villa and its front covered terrace. The terrace has been furnished with contemporary seating and dining areas, a beautiful contrast with the traditional exposed Mallorcan stone walls. Inside, the villa is distributed on a single floor. The main door leads to a spacious living room with dining area and kitchen, with impressive exposed wooden beams, arched doors and lovely windows that provide natural light and pleasant views. The living room has been tastefully furnished and decorated with soft pastel colours. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table and chairs and there are doors leading to a spacious terrace with tables, chairs and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining. There are 3 bedrooms in total, all pleasantly decorated and furnished: a double bedroom with private bathroom and two bedrooms with twin beds that share a family bathroom with shower. The villa has air conditioning.

In the exterior, the villa is surrounded by very well-maintained gardens with grass, trees, and shrubs. The large private swimming pool also has a pleasant wooden terrace perfect for sunbathing. For the guests' comfort, there is also a ping pong table and a beautiful large olive tree, which provides pleasant shade from the midday sun.

Information to take into account:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.

On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.

The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
