This lovingly designed finca is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers space for up to four guests - a perfect retreat for anyone looking for peace, comfort and a Mediterranean lifestyle.

The holiday home has two cosy bedrooms with air conditioning: one with a double bed (160 cm), the other with two single beds (90 cm each). Both bedrooms have direct access to a spacious terrace, from which you can enjoy a marvellous view of the surrounding countryside. A cosy seating area invites you to linger - whether in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening watching the sunset.
The two bedrooms share a bright, fully equipped bathroom with bathtub and shower.

The living concept of the finca combines style and comfort: At the heart of the house is an inviting living room with smart TV and a dining area for communal meals. The new, Mediterranean-style kitchen is located separately and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals - including an electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, European side-by-side fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and much more. The direct view of the spacious pool area from the kitchen is particularly beautiful.

The living area leads out onto a covered terrace with a large dining table - perfect for al fresco dining with views of the garden and pool. An additional small seating area also ensures cosy moments outdoors.

The outdoor area of the finca invites you to enjoy: a large pool, well-tended garden areas, four comfortable sun loungers and a barbecue area with garden furniture create the perfect setting for relaxing holidays under the sun.

The finca is in a quiet location, surrounded by nature, and offers its guests a wonderful combination of relaxation, comfort and Mediterranean flair - ideal for an unforgettable holiday in the countryside.


Important notices

In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax, called Ecotax, is paid for each guest over 16 years old.
Per day and person,
from November 1st to April 30th 0.55 euros and
from May 1st to October 31st: 2.20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotax can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or in cash. Payment is mandatory.

A welcome basket is provided with each booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, points of interest...) in an online guide so that they can fully enjoy their vacation.

This chalet can accommodate babies. Crib and high chair included upon request at no additional cost.

Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected arrival time (flight number / boat if applicable) to organize the key delivery together.
