The entrance leads straight into the living room, a rustic space with wooden beams and stone walls that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. It features comfortable sofas, a SMART TV and free wifi—perfect for unwinding, reading or enjoying a quiet moment after a day out.

From the living room, three steps lead up to the open-plan kitchen-dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the facilities you need to cook comfortably during your stay. From here you have direct access to the outdoor terrace and, on one side, to a practical laundry room.

At the far end of the living room you’ll find the master bedroom, spacious and bright, with a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

Across the living area, a small hallway leads to the other two bedrooms: one twin bedroom and one single bedroom, both equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. These two bedrooms share a separate bathroom with shower located in the hallway.

All bedrooms include hot/cold air conditioning available 24 hours a day, ensuring maximum comfort at any time of year.

The outdoor area is one of the property’s greatest highlights. It features a private swimming pool, tennis court, ping pong table, jacuzzi, mini golf and trampoline, offering entertainment for all ages. Pollença offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafés and traditional shops, as well as its well-known Sunday market. You can also visit Puerto de Pollença or Cala San Vicente, with their beaches and water activities. A car is necessary and recommended to explore the area comfortably.
