Situated in the heart of Pollensa old town, Can Williams is a typical Mallorcan townhouse.

With wooden beams, terracotta tiles, white-washed walls (metres thick), and many charming nooks and crannies, the owners have worked hard to create a comfortable, stylish holiday house in Pollensa.

The ground floor is open-plan. It has a good-sized kitchen with a breakfast bar and very cool lighting. It is well equipped, with a dishwasher, air fryer, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine!
There is also a dining room that seats four guests and a hall which is perfect for bike storage if you are a keen cyclist.

Upstairs on the first floor there is a cozy sitting room, with a relaxing Mediterranean colour scheme and a smart TV so you can chill out on the sofa after a day on the beach, or perhaps exploring the island

The house has two bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with en-suite on the first floor and on the second floor there is a master bedroom, which has an en-suite with a separate bath and shower

Not to be missed is the pretty roof terrace on the top floor with spectacular views over the town. You can have your evening aperitif up there and as the benches convert into sun loungers, you can also sunbathe up there during the day.

This townhouse comes highly recommended. It is a perfect holiday property for two couples sharing, or a family of up to 5 as there is also a sofa bed.
