Can Cladera is undoubtedly one of the best villas in the north of Mallorca. Beautifully furnished, spacious, surrounded by private gardens and perfectly situated between Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa, this villa will impress even the most demanding guests. Thanks to its well-maintained gardens, private pool, 4 air-conditioned rooms, private gym and even a home cinema, a holiday at Can Cladera will be an unforgettable experience.

Inside the villa, it is incredibly spacious and airy. The exposed stone walls and typical furniture enhance the sense of class and style. The entrance is through the main door to a cosy living room with sofas, armchairs, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet. The independent kitchen with dining room has been renovated and fully equipped for preparing any type of meal. The patio doors lead to an outdoor terrace furnished with a dining table, chairs, rattan sofas, barbecue. On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom, a large family shower, a private gym and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A staircase leads to the first floor. With its beautiful wooden floors and high ceilings, this floor houses a "home cinema" with armchairs and flat screen, 1 double room with en-suite shower and 2 double rooms with en-suite shower once again. Special emphasis has been placed on clothing storage space, furniture style and bathroom size, which are surprisingly large and have a nice finish. The rooms have air conditioning, included in the rental price at fixed hours between 14:00-16:00 and 20:00-8:00.

Outside, Can Cladera is a true oasis of peace with unobstructed panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountain range. There are spacious paved terraces (including a private car park), a lawn garden and mini football field, furnished and shaded terraces. Dining outdoors, or enjoying a walk through the gardens, or drinking a glass of wine will be a truly memorable experience! The private circular swimming pool measures 6 m in diameter (depth 1.5 m), and is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and shaded areas, perfect for relaxing during the hottest hours of the day. Due to the proximity of sandy beaches (such as Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, Playa de Muro), whether to spend a few days relaxing by the pool or venturing out will be a difficult choice!

Information to take into account:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.

The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

The tourist tax is included in the price.
