Beautiful house located in the town of Pollença, just a few metres walking distance from the old town. Also, next to the kitchen, which has direct access to the pool area and terraces, there is a very spacious pantry.
On the upper floor, there are 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and en-suite bathroom, and the other 2 doubles with two single beds, which share a third bathroom. In addition, one of the double bedrooms has direct access to the pool area, as well as to a second upper terrace which offers a beautiful panoramic view of the town of Pollença, and whose views reach the bay of Puerto de Pollença.
The swimming pool area has comfortable sun loungers, a small chill out area shaded by a tree, and a covered terrace with traditional barbecue, table and chairs, to enjoy summer meals with family and friends.
