This is a cozy and welcoming apartment right in the center of Pollença for up to 2 people.

Pollença is one of the most beautiful villages in northern Mallorca. It was one of the favorite places for painters and artists to settle on the island. Pollença invites you to enjoy summer nights with its history, narrow streets, and old traditions, there are also concerts around town, art exhibitions, bars, shops, and restaurants in the main square with open-air terraces that are always bustling.

The apartment, on the first floor, of 40 m2 has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower. In addition, there is a spacious and bright living room equipped with two comfortable sofas where you can relax, surf the internet (WIFI), watch the smart TV or a movie with the DVD player. In this space you will find a beautiful iron and glass table with chairs for 4 people. The charming and compact kitchen has everything you might need during your stay: toaster, electric coffee maker, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, etc. In addition, you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Pets are not allowed.

Just a 10-minute drive away are the beaches of Puerto de Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, and Formentor, with their soft white sand and crystal-clear, shallow waters, ideal for children. Where a multitude of water activities are also offered, such as sailing, kayaking, diving, and fishing, among others. In Puerto de Pollença, we also find the marina where you can see everything from large luxury yachts to a mix of colorful local fishing boats. On the other hand, we find the promenade where you can enjoy beautiful views of the bay and the beach, and where we also find pleasant café and restaurant terraces.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
