On the other side of the entrance there is a fully open fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob and microwave. There is also a separate utility area outside for the washing machine.

Behind the lounge, a large stone archway leads through to a passageway and to two attractive twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and A/C, both sharing a full bath/shower room.

Upstairs there is a master double ensuite bedroom (with a full en-suite bathroom and dressing area), as well as a mezzanine floor level with comfortable chairs.
