Villa La Rovina is an impressive 4-bedroom house offering spectacular views of the Puerto Pollensa countryside. It is just a 10-minute walk from the beach and all amenities. This popular coastal destination boasts a wide variety of shops, cafés and trendy bistros along the seafront, which leads to the marina and continues along the famous Pine Walk. The villa itself has a south-facing private pool, surrounded by spacious gardens, and a bright, spacious interior. Additionally, it features air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, free Wi-Fi and private parking.

Interior spaces
The living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen television and a table with chairs, creating a cosy atmosphere for relaxing. The adjacent kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with windows offering views of the pool and barbecue terrace. From here, you can also access the service room.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with two single beds that overlooks the back patio. On the upper floor, there is a room with two single beds and a private balcony, from which you can admire the views of the patio and the majestic Sierra de Tramuntana in the distance. The third room with two single beds shares a spacious balcony with the double room, with views of the pool and the BĂłquer valley. The double room has a private bathroom, while the rooms with two single beds share a separate bathroom.

Swimming pool, garden and barbecue area
The outdoor space is undoubtedly one of the best features of Villa La Rovina. The swimming pool is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace, and a lawn garden that faces south, enjoying sunshine for most of the day. If you want a break from the heat, there is a covered area to sit and eat outdoors, providing shade at all times. Additionally, the villa has a brick barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious meals at home. At the back of the villa, you will find a second partially shaded patio, also equipped with a table and chairs.

The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

Information to take into account:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
