Surrounded by green meadows and majestic Mediterranean trees, it offers a retreat where body and soul can find peace. The marvellous view of the mountains is simply magical and makes every breakfast on the terrace a special moment.

Fancy a refreshing dip? The private pool with crystal-clear water invites you to take a dip on hot summer days, while the cosy barbecue area tempts you to end the day with a barbecue together.

The charm of the villa continues inside: the large bedrooms offer space to dream and relax. The fully equipped separate kitchen leaves nothing to be desired - from a coffee machine to a juicer, everything is there to conjure up culinary delights.

For added convenience, the villa offers WLAN, air conditioning in all bedrooms, a washing machine and enough space for three vehicles.

For many years, artists from all over the world have come to Pollensa to find inspiration in the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. This beautiful village has also been chosen as a holiday destination by numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, British writer Peter Ustinov and many others.
The village's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which is the small 18th century baroque chapel. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
Numerous cultural events and music festivals are held in the historic atmosphere of Pollença in 3 km.

At a distance of 4 km is the harbour of Puerto de Pollença in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other resorts in Mallorca, the coast is not fully developed with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafes and restaurants, clothes shops, supermarkets and doctors.

IMPORTANT

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
