Lovely town house with beautiful views in the old part of Pollensa town. The house is ideally located for an authentic village life experience, with local bakeries, delis and cafés only a short stroll away, as well as the picturesque main square with its bars - the perfect spot from where to enjoy the peaceful village life. Excellent beaches in the area (Cala San Vicente and Port de Pollensa) are within a short drive's reach.
The interior is light and spacious and the house has a homely welcoming feel. The house has been lovingly reformed and traditional features like the wooden ceiling beams, the whitewashed walls and cool tiling have been tastefully preserved, adding charm and personality to the house.
