Charming villa in Mallorca with large private pool near Puerto Pollensa

A private road leads to the villa, with the swimming pool on the left. This Spanish villa with 2 bedrooms is situated between the Tramuntana mountains and the seafront. With a large private swimming pool and a pleasant garden, there is plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy the surroundings. Villa Virrey is a short distance from both the old town of Pollensa and the coastal resort of Puerto Pollensa. The traditional-style living room runs the entire length of the villa and has patio doors on 2 sides that open directly onto the terrace next to the pool. The dining area is located next to the kitchen entrance, which has a smaller breakfast table and a door leading to the barbecue and outdoor dining area. On the other side of the living room, there is a living room with an ornamental fireplace and traditional Mallorcan decor, with a guest toilet next to the stairs completing the ground floor.

The 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each bedroom features traditional Spanish furniture and built-in wardrobes, with views of the surrounding countryside. The large private swimming pool is undoubtedly one of the highlights of Villa Virrey. The surrounding terrace has plenty of space for sunbathing. Or, if you prefer the comfort of shade, there is also a seating area on the perimeter covered terrace. The brick barbecue and outdoor dining area are located beside the house.

Important information to take into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.

The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
