The interior of the villa is carefully designed for your well-being, with two cosy bedrooms that ensure a restorative rest. The main bedroom, with its comfortable double bed, is the perfect place to relax after a day full of adventures under the warm Mallorcan sun. The second bedroom, equipped with two single beds, is ideal for friends, family or travel companions. Both rooms provide a quiet and private environment, guaranteeing a stay of total comfort and relaxation. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

Information to take into account:

Access to the property is made through a narrow rural path. Large vehicles may find the access somewhat limited.

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.

On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.

The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
