Excellent beaches, as well as Puerto Pollença, Cala San Vicente and Alcudia, are within easy driving distance, as well as the town of Pollença, which offers a wide range of cultural activities, and restaurants, bars and cafés. The area also has excellent routes for hiking, mountain biking and other outdoor sports.
The outside area of the villa has a swimming pool surrounded by green lawns and sun loungers for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing. There is a covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool with tables and comfortable chairs, and also a covered area with barbecue, ideal for enjoying summer meals with friends and family. There is also a private parking area in front of the entrance of the house, and a low ceiling loft with a roof terrace.
