Inside, the villa is on a single floor, offering a comfortable living room with dining area, an independent kitchen (with adjacent laundry room), a magnificent double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub + shower), a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a family toilet. The entire villa has air conditioning (included in the rental price at fixed hours, between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm).
In the exterior, the villa is surrounded by beautiful terraces and lawns, ideal for sunbathing, playing, or enjoying a delicious dinner. It has a barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy unforgettable evenings together. But with such a unique location just a few steps from the sea, the choice will not be difficult!
At the rear of the villa, there is an annex used as a storage area, so it is not occupied and does not interfere with the privacy of guests staying at Can Mir Ruth.

Information to take into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
