Villa Can Totxa is a charming Mallorcan house located in a Natural Area of Special Interest ([hidden], distinguished by its authentic stone walls and its peaceful, tranquil atmosphere. The villa combines modern elements with Mallorcan tradition, offering all the necessary comforts for an unforgettable stay.

Upon entering, you find the living-dining room, which blends a rustic style with modern touches. Wooden beams and stone arches create an authentic atmosphere, perfect for enjoying Mediterranean serenity.
To the left, there is the rustic kitchen, ideal for cooking while enjoying a glass of wine.
Additionally, the villa has a bright interior terrace for family meals, from which you can access the pool area, where you can also enjoy a barbecue overlooking the natural landscape. On this same floor, there is a double bedroom and a full bathroom.

On the first floor are the other three bedrooms: two double rooms and one with two single beds, decorated with the house’s original stone. All the rooms have views of the property’s grounds and the nearby mountains. There is a full bathroom with access from one of the double bedrooms and also from the living room. This bathroom is shared by the entire floor.

All the rooms have air conditioning, programmed according to local energy-saving initiatives, from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

The first floor also includes a games area with billiards, table football, darts, and a telescope for astronomy enthusiasts.
Next to this area, there is another living room with comfortable period sofas, ideal for watching TV. The villa also offers Wi-Fi throughout to keep you connected.

Outside, there are two annexed rooms housing a small gym and a space dedicated to cyclists, with tools and bike racks. There is also a full bathroom for showering after a day of sports.

Nearby Cala San Vicente and Formentor offer natural landscapes, crystal-clear waters, and excellent restaurants serving fresh fish and seafood.
