With a large private pool and magnificent views over the surrounding countryside to the Tramuntana mountains, this villa enjoys an excellent location near the Pollensa golf course, the old town of Pollensa (which is just 3 km away) and the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa.

A pleasant driveway leads to the villa and its front covered terrace. The terrace has been furnished with contemporary seating and dining areas, a beautiful contrast with the traditional exposed Mallorcan stone walls. Inside, the villa is distributed on a single floor. The main door leads to a spacious living room with dining area and kitchen, with impressive exposed wooden beams, arched doors and lovely windows that provide natural light and pleasant views. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table and chairs and there are doors leading to a spacious terrace with tables, chairs and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining.
