Surrounded by extensive terraces, gardens, and provided with 4 bedrooms together with a welcoming private pool, Villa La Cala is set to impress.

The villa (set over 2 floors) is particularly airy and full of natural light, with many large windows offering panoramic views to the surrounding countryside. The L-shaped kitchen is complete with a breakfast table and chairs and leads out to the pool area / outdoor dining area. The kitchen leads also to a lounge and a separate dining room both featuring a stone fireplace and many original Mallorcan features - both modern and antique. Three double glass doors lead out onto the lower terrace. Off the lounge is a twin bedroom located at the rear of the villa, together with a cloakroom/WC.
