With five bedrooms, large outdoor areas, a stunning contemporary design and panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains and Pollensa Bay, this villa will impress.
The ground floor consists of a huge and spacious living/dining room with comfortable sofas, modern furniture and a large dining table with ten chairs. From here, two glass doors not only give access to the garden and the covered terrace, but also offer stunning views of the surroundings and the pool. Leaving the dining room, there is a long corridor that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor: there is a double bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower, another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. All of these rooms have doors leading to a covered terrace with beautiful views of the countryside.
