This completely new villa with a private pool, carefully blending traditional features with the most contemporary amenities, can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in 5 spacious rooms right on the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa, just a few steps from excellent bars, restaurants and shops. Spend long hours enjoying the views from terraces enriched with aromatic rosemary and red bougainvillea, relax in the elegant and fully air-conditioned interiors, enjoy a swim in the private pool or in the crystal-clear sea at your doorstep: Villa Can Silver will not disappoint even the most demanding guests.

Inside, the villa is distributed over 2 floors and has been completely reconstructed following the highest design specifications and trends. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an adjacent dining area (which opens directly onto the pool patio / outdoor dining area) and a family toilet, along with 2 bedrooms with sea views, each with its own shower room (these bedrooms have twin beds that can be joined to form double beds if necessary).

An impressive staircase leads to the first floor, with a stunning living room with huge windows that open directly to the sea. With its beautiful high ceilings with beams, large openings and comfortable sofas, this is undoubtedly the most unique area of the house. Large patio doors lead to the sea-view balcony, offering stunning views over the sea, the Gulf of Pollensa and the sunset. Next to the living room is the spacious master suite, which also opens directly to the sea-view balcony to maximise the views, and features an impressive bathroom with bathtub and shower. The two remaining bedrooms have a single bed. Both open onto private balconies with views of the pool. The entire house is air-conditioned.

If the location of Villa Can Silver is not enough, the outdoor areas complement the environment. It will be like staying on a boat in the middle of the sea, with the added bonus of a private pool and plenty of private space! The private pool, equipped with comfortable sun loungers, measures 25m² and is perfect for a refreshing dip or enjoying a delicious glass of wine together. Guests will also have the opportunity to dine outdoors or spend long hours admiring the gulf from the terraces.

The garage with its bicycle accessories is usable upon request.

Important information to keep in mind:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.

The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
