A third double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Please note that there is air conditioning in all bedrooms except for the living-dining room and kitchen.

The villa also offers a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals. A few steps lead to a walkway that wraps around the house, leading to the brick barbecue area and an outdoor bathroom with a shower, perfect for cooling off after a sunny day.

The villa’s exterior is designed to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The pool terrace offers stunning views of the La Font mountains, while the upper terrace boasts views of the majestic Puig Maria and the slopes of Santuiri, providing a relaxing and serene environment.
