Villa Vilar de Baix is a charming 4-bedroom villa located just 5 minutes by car from the coastal town of Puerto Pollensa. This popular and vibrant destination offers a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, many of which enjoy spectacular sea views. Additionally, the old town of Pollensa, with its charm and character, is also a short drive away, allowing exploration of local traditions and the area's rich history.

The villa, characterised by its spacious and bright interior, offers clear views of the open countryside and the impressive surrounding mountains. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in the 4 bedrooms and living room are included to ensure comfort throughout the year.

The entrance to Villa Vilar de Baix is along a short rural path, connecting the main road between Puerto Pollensa and the old town of Pollensa. Passing through wooden gates, you access a private path surrounded by a fruit tree orchard, providing a tranquil and natural atmosphere. The main entrance of the villa is located at the front of the house.

The living-dining room is spacious and decorated in traditional Spanish style, with high ceilings with wooden beams and tiled flooring. The living room is equipped with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, an ornamental fireplace, and a dining table with chairs, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy with family or friends. From the dining room, you access a compact but fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing homemade meals with ease.

Regarding the bedrooms, the two double bedrooms located at the front of the villa have doors that open directly onto the front terrace, allowing enjoyment of the breeze and garden views. Each of these bedrooms has its adjacent bathroom, offering privacy and comfort. The other two double bedrooms share an independent bathroom that includes both a bathtub and a fixed shower.

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
