Welcome to this fabulous country house for 5 people in Porreres. It has a private pool, barbecue area and wonderful green area.

There is nothing better than a refreshing swim in the wonderful 4 x 8-metre chlorine pool with a depth of 2.2 metres after a day at the beach or out on the island. The barbecue area is perfect for cooking delicious grilled meats and vegetables, which you can enjoy under the traditional cobbled porch. The finca also offers total privacy.

The rustic and cosy interior is distributed over one spacious and bright floor. The living-dining room has a Smart TV and a wood-burning cooker for the coldest days; the kitchen has a gas hob and the necessary equipment to cook during your stay; you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with twin beds and the last one with a double bed; there are also 2 bathrooms, one with bath and shower and the other one with shower only. Finally, the accommodation has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you are travelling with a baby.

The house is located just 5 km from the village of Porreres, a town known for its high-quality wine and olive oil production, which has been maintained for centuries and where you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay. The town has several places of historical and cultural interest and offers a spectacular rural and natural environment, ideal for enjoying nature and hiking or cycling. The nearest beach is the Paradisiacal Playa des Trenc and you can practise your favourite sport on the Vall d'Or golf course.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There is exterior parking for 2 cars.
- The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
